SAFE TO PIERCE
Trauma-informed piercing & breathwork
How we started, meet
Sara
My name is Sara. I'm a mother of three daughters and a professional piercer with almost a decade of experience.
Throughout my career, I've personally dealt with anxiety, which led me to explore meditation and breathwork to better understand and regulate my nervous system.
As my client base grew, I noticed many people struggling with similar fears — needle phobia, fear of fainting, or worries about their breathing and physical reactions. This inspired me to research, together with my coach, how to better support clients in these moments.
I deepened my training in safely guiding the body through stress and anxiety. Combining this with my own experience, I created Safe to Pierce.
With Safe to Pierce, I offer a calm, supportive space where you feel truly heard. We move at your own pace, respecting your needs and boundaries, while gently addressing the anxiety so you can experience your piercing with confidence and ease.
Safe to Pierce
is not a regular
piercing service.

- • Nervous system regulation
- • Sense of safety
- • Empowerment
We want you to feel
Calm – in control – Safe
Why
Safe To Pierce?
Safe to Pierce was developed from the belief that:
Everyone has the right to feel safe, heard, and in control during a piercing experience.
Many people want a piercing but are held back by:
- Fear of pain
- Negative past experiences
- Loss of control
- Overstimulation / stress
- Trauma (physical or emotional)
Our goal is to remove that barrier completely.
Safe to Pierce = piercing + emotional safety + guidance
